Stuff Your Mom Hates Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality auto parts and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

 

Please contact if there is an issue with your purchase within 24 hours of tracking delivery time. Failure to do so may cause your return to be declined.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns without the original packaging or showing signs of installation or use will be subject to a restocking fee or dismissal of return.
  • GIFT CARDS - ALL SALES FINAL , no returns, no exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Special orders, custom-made, or modified parts may not be eligible for return.
  • NO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE ELEGIBLE FOR RETURN or items containing electronics or use electrical current. 

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • We may request supporting documentation such as photos to assess the damage or defect.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion with the item being returned to the seller, return shipping is paid for by the buyer. 

4. Return Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
  • Ship the item to us, along with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip when available or included a copy of your order recipet. 

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of refunds.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • The restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If the items condition is not acceptable for return the item may be shipped back to you and no refund will be given.
