  • Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, governmental functions, acts of god. Product release date may delay shipping. 
  • Orders will not ship if there is a pending release date for an item. Orders will ship complete when all items have been received and in compliance with the publishers release date guidelines.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • We use Common shipping carriers.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and your location and not guaranteed.
  • Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Product release dates, quantity of orders pending. 

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and destination.
  • You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
  • Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more ship free within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage. See the note at the end of this policy.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your shipment through the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

8. Order Changes and Address Updates:

  • To ensure timely processing, please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. Contact our customer service team promptly if you need to make any changes.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. Any such restrictions will be communicated during the checkout process or when the order is preparing for shipment. 

** Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more, calculated on the order subtotal before tax and shipping. Limited to USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Other shipping services selected do not qualify for this offer. Free shipping does not combine with discount codes — you can use a discount code or take the free shipping, not both.
